In preparation for the computer merger of Vantage Bank and First Southern State Bank, there are some key points we would like to make you aware of.
Important Online Banking Information
Vantage Online Banking will be unavailable as of Friday, April 17th. FSSB Online Banking will become available on Monday, April 20th.
No Online history will be converted, therefore please save any information for tax or accounting purposes as the Bank will not have that information for you.
Effective April 16th you will no longer be able to do External Transfers on the Vantage Bank website.
Important Bill Payment Information
As of Monday, April 13th, all ebills will no longer be available and your billers will be notified.
You will not have access to the system to add any new payees or edit/delete existing bill payments from Monday April 13th until Monday, April 20th
You will need to change any payment scheduled from April 17th - 19th to April 16th to allow the payment to be processed
Any payments scheduled April 20th or after will be processed
If you have any recurring payments scheduled, verify when the system is available on Monday, April 20th and re-add if necessary.
12 months of bill payment history (April 16, 2019 – April 16, 2020) will be available on April 20th. Please save any information prior to April 16, 2019 to retain.
